Tag 45 is one of PMU artists’ favorite topical anesthetics to use during procedures to keep clients comfortable. It provides fast pain relief and reduces swelling within minutes of application after skin is broken. It can be used for brows, eyes, lips, areola or body tattoo procedures during the treatment on open skin. Only used on open skin, not closed skin.

Active ingredient: 4% lidocaine and .04% epinephrine


Sensitivity test advised prior to use . Dab small amount on affected area as needed up to 6 times per day . Use eyewash if accidental contact with eyes occurs.

Found this cheaper than other places. Tag-45 Gel must have every permanent make up artist. It helps to control pain and swelling during procedures. After quick pass, apply Tag-45 Gel and let sit for a few minutes, so the epinephrine can shrink blood vessels to prevent bleeding.
