I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this product was in numbing & I was able to complete my procedure with No discomfort at all! I'm so happy with my product that I'm returning to purchase more! The tubes are smaller but the quality is fantastic! I'll going to look to seec if they offer ac larger size. I chose the smaller ones because I was unfamiliar with the product and wanted to make sure it worked as described, and it most certainly did! I used this for medical microneedling and felt no pain. I also used this prior to a deep TCA peel & was also very effective for that as well. I highly recommend this product.
